ATAT Conference 2026 Know-Before-You-Go

We are looking forward to seeing you in Corpus Christi next week and are sharing the most important “need to know” info before you arrive. Keep this email flagged for quick reference should you need it.

Monday Workshops

If you have registered for a Monday workshop and do not have a balance due, you will receive a ticket via email on Friday, July 17. You can also find the ticket on your ATAT Account. Print the ticket or have it on your phone to show the presenter. On Monday, go directly to the assigned room for your workshop or report, or to the off-site workshop. If you have a balance due, you will receive an email this week with the option to pay or submit a “check in the mail” form. After completing this step, you will receive your ticket via email or find it in your account.

Registration: We will have registration in the hallway near the seawall of the Hilliard Center (formerly the American Bank Center). Credentials will be required to access the General Session, Area Meetings on Tuesday, and the workshops on Wednesday and Thursday. Be sure to make your area table your first stop when you arrive.

Registration Hours

Monday, July 20: 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Tuesday, July 21: 7:00 am – 8:00 am; 10 a.m. -Noon
 
After Noon on Tuesday, Registration materials will be at the ATAT booth at the front of the Exhibit Hall.

Accepted Payments:
You can pay for your registration by credit card or check. We do not accept POs. Check payments may be mailed to the ATAT office or brought to registration on Monday of the conference. Any check payments brought to the conference will be accepted at the ATAT Cashier booth located in the lobby by the exhibit hall. 

Parking at the Convention Center 

Parking at the Hilliard Center (formerly the American Bank Center)  will be free.  ATAT buys out and pays for the parking areas surrounding the center.  

Conference App

Log in to the conference app before you arrive at the Conference. This is how you will check in for workshops to earn your CE credit, review the on-site schedule, locate exhibitors, and more. The app can be accessed on your smartphone by visiting https://m.texasagteachers.org. You will use your member ID number from your name badge, or you may look it up on your registration invoice.

Guest Registration 

All guests coming to the Conference for the week or a day must be registered. Many of you have already registered your guests along with your registration.  

All Guests should check in at the Guest Registration Booth in the ATAT Booth located in the lobby in front of the exhibit hall.  Guests who have not been pre-registered can complete their registration at that time. All guests, pre-registered and registering onsite, will complete a waiver at the Guest Registration Booth and receive their credentials. Spouses, children, and caregivers should all be registered.

Award recipients will pick up their credentials at the Guest Registration Booth.

Presenter Check-In

Presenters should report to the Presenter Check-In Booth at least 30 minutes prior to their workshop time to pick up their presenter information, which includes their workshop’s Check-In Code.

Area Meetings

Area meetings will be held on Tuesday, July 20, after the General Session. To accommodate the size of our Area Meetings, we will continue running two rounds. Meeting locations can be found in the conference app.

10:15 a.m.– 1:40 p.m.: Areas 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11

1:50 p.m. – 5:15  p.m.: Areas  2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12

Family Room

The San Jacinto Room, or Room 103, is available for nursing mothers and caregivers.

Lunch Options 

There will be Chick-fil-A and other snacks available in the center all week.  We are hoping to have food trucks on Thursday.   No meals will be sold on-site.
